Strength, without the judgment

We help women realize their strength and greatness — no diets, no cleanses, no quick fixes. Just support, real coaching, and a lot of "you've got this." We've felt the negativity of the fitness industry firsthand, and we built the opposite: a space where every woman is welcome exactly as she is, and leaves every workout stronger.

A Train Like a Girl Program

Train Like a Girl | Adapted Athlete

The Train Like a Girl | Adapted Athlete Program brings athletes of all genders and abilities together in a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and celebrated. Hosted and coached entirely by qualified Train Like a Girl staff, our adapted athletes, coaches, and members train side by side — because inclusion isn't just a word here, it's how we train, lead, and live.

Eligibility

  • Open to individuals ages 3 and up.
  • Individuals 11 and under train in private sessions.

Private Training

  • 1 hour$80
  • 30 minutes$65

Group Training

  • Per sessionSuggested attendance: 2x per week.$39

Advanced Strength Program

  • Per sessionOne-on-one coaching support in a group setting — building strength, socialization, and personal development. Each athlete works with their own coach within the group.$80

Adapted Athlete sessions are led by coaches specially trained in adaptive work. Enrollment and scheduling are coordinated through the athlete's service coordinator; drop-ins are not available for this program.

General Membership

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. Classes are beginner-friendly and coaches offer modifications so every member trains at her own pace.

What types of classes do you offer?

Metabolic, strength & conditioning, EMOM, and Mat Flow classes for women of all fitness levels. Every session is coach-led.

Can I switch between class times or days?

Yes. Attend any class that matches your membership option.

What should I bring?

Just water and comfortable workout clothes. We provide all equipment.

Are the workouts the same every day?

No. Programming changes through the week and monthly to keep training fun, challenging, and effective.

Do coaches offer private training?

Yes — for members who want one-on-one coaching or extra support with form, strength goals, or personalized programming.

Adapted Athlete Program

What services does the program offer?

Private training (1 hour or 30 minutes), group training, and an advanced strength program with one-on-one coaching in a group setting.

Are workouts adapted for different abilities?

Yes. Exercises, pacing, and structure adjust to meet each athlete's comfort level and goals.

Can athletes move between group and private?

Absolutely. Athletes can switch between private and group training based on their needs and what feels best, coordinated with their service coordinator.

What does the Adapted Athlete program include?

Specialized adaptive coaching in private or group sessions, with exercises and pacing tailored to each athlete. Enrollment is arranged through the athlete's service coordinator.

Can a support person attend?

Yes. Families, aides, and caregivers are welcome whenever support is needed.

Can neurotypical clients join Adapted sessions?

Yes. Sessions are designed for anyone who benefits from additional guidance, structure, or adapted programming.
